Standard Features

  • 3/8” O.D. X .014” copper tube wall thickness, available in smooth or rifled tubing.
  • 5/8” O.D. X .020” copper tube wall thickness
  • 1/2” O.D. X .017” copper tube wall thickness
  • Tempered aluminum, die-formed plate fins available in a corrugated surface or a flat surface with a waffle edge and extruded fin collars
  • 16-gauge, G-90 galvanized sheet steel casing
  • Depths of up to 12 rows with a single fin pack
  • Depths of up to 24 rows with a split fin design
  • Fin heights up to 96″
  • Fin spacing ranges from 4 FPI to 14 FPI
  • Tubes are mechanically expanded into the fins
  • Tube sheets are die-formed and full collared and are full coil depth
  • Connections can be exactly matched to existing coil or piping arrangement
  • Leak-tested in a warm water tank
